News and Announcements
It is with deep regret that we have lost an outstanding coach, father, husband, and phenomenal person. Dax Roane passed away early Saturday morning, losing his year and a half battle with brain cancer. As many of you know, Dax has been playing club lacrosse forever, and has been the Monarch High School offensive coordinator the last sixteen years. Many of you have known Dax personally, and I want to thank all of you for helping during this tough time. He has a beautiful wife and three awesome children: a freshman in high school, a 7th grader, and a 5th grader.
If you are interested, we will be posting details of his celebration of life as soon as we get details. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Roane Family. To help his family during this difficult time, please follow the link below to the dedicated GoFundMe page.
Yotes~ Scrimmage times for Saturday are confirmed!!
The bus leaves promptly at 7:00 am to Regis High School.
Varsity players MUST ride the bus down to the game. They can ride home with a parent ONLY if the parent checks out with Coach.
All other team players also ride the bus unless driven down by their own parent (no carpools!). If you don’t take the bus arrive by 11:00 a.m.
Bottom line from here on out- ONLY player’s parent can transport – no one else.
Varsity plays at 9:00 against Mullen and 10:00 against Regis.
All other teams play at 12:00 all the way till 2:00.
IT IS going to be a GREAT DAY!

The time has come and we are so pumped to get the 2020 season going! If you are not out for basketball, wrestling, or hockey we will see you starting THIS Wednesday and Thursdays. This is imperative to our success as a team, we have been flexible with club stuff but now it’s OUR TIME. We need to pack the house this week. Times are 7:30-9:00 and you need to expect any type of practice. For example, bring indoor and outdoor shoes, if we are on the turf you will need cleats, if we are inside on the gym and weight room you will need court shoes. Don’t just think to yourself it’s cold out I don’t need outdoor stuff, ALWAYS HAVE BOTH SETS OF GEAR. For example, tomorrow night looks great to get out but you never know. Have both sets of stuff in your lax bags at all times.
Coaches are giving their time to assure major success this coming season, it is going to be exceptional. The goal is for every player to make every session. We will speak more in detail about this tomorrow evening. We will meet on the turf tomorrow at 7:29.
“Players are made in the offseason.”
