June Training Schedule
It is time to get BIGGER STRONGER AND FASTER! Time to make a commitment! This is a GREAT opportunity and its FREE. Let’s make a TEAM COMMITMENT and get stronger and hang out! Starting on June 3rd we will open the weight room every Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:30 and take on all comers! The days are as follows: June 3,4,10,11,17,18,24,25. We will max out the last week on the 24th and 25th. Maxes will be: 24th: Squats and or trap bar dead lift 25th: Pull ups and Bench
We need to come together as a team. I know many of you are doing club and other things but this one month intensive program will put us on the right track when we return in August.This will provide you with a 12 month plan to really reach your strength goals.

Top three in all max categories will be posted on our soon to be leader chart and depth chart. This will be updated and for public display in the athletic hallway by the weight room.
