Varsity Team Jersey Distribution:
Players please come to the Monarch team classroom (across from the locker room downstairs) at one of the times listed above with the following:
- A check made out to Coyote Lacrosse for any balance remaining under the $100 fundraising program. Example: $75 raised through Scrip, Pizza Palz, Safeway Card or King Soopers Card. Balance to complete your fundraising goal = $25 Check to Coyote Lacrosse. Your son’s updated fundraising contributions will be updated before Tuesday and posted on the website.
- A separate check made out to Coyote Lacrosse for your son’s uniform deposit in the amount of $250. This check will not be deposited or cashed unless your player does not return any part of the issued uniform. If your player does not return a part of the uniform, we will settle up minus the cost of that part which was not returned. DO NOT BRING CASH FOR THIS DEPOSIT.

ALSO on Tuesday: VARSITY only Player/Parent Meeting
A mandatory VARSITY ONLY parent/player spring break meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8th, 7 pm in the Monarch team classroom near the locker rooms downstairs. Players will come to this meeting after uniform distribution. Pizza will be provided for players.
Please bring your checkbook for spring break trip payment and also the completed paperwork which can be printed from the travel tab on the website. Trip cost is: $1375. A break down of this trip cost can be provided if you have any questions. We will be talking about all kinds of details at the meeting! If you are unable to attend, please contact Marie Coleman, firstname.lastname@example.org, Travel Director.
All paper work and payment is due no later than Thursday 3/10/16. If you would like to pay by credit card please let Marie know, however, there will be a transaction fee.

Varsity at 6 pm vs Arapahoe at Englewood High School, bus leaves at 3:30 pm
p. JV and C team at 4:30 pm vs Arapahoe at Powell Middle School , bus leaves at 2:45 pm
3/11 Friday: C Team Game
C Team vs Rock Canyon, 4 pm, Rock Canyon High School
3/12 Saturday: JV Team Game
JV vs Steamboat Springs at 10 am, Monarch Field
Contact your son’s high school to find out the process for early release for game day. Monarch student athletes will be released as a group and a list of these students is already on file with the office. However, many of our players come from other schools and will need permission to be released early.
Bus Schedule: Your son is responsible for knowing what time the bus will be leaving for away games. This information will not always be provided on the website. There are no busses on weekends.
When looking at the website calendar please make sure and click on the event. When you click on the event the information will open which shows WHERE and WHEN and any other pertinent information. For ex., we are playing Arapahoe this week, however, please note, none of the games are being played at Arapahoe High School. Click on the event to get the details!
